Parkrun Ride Run

Ride, Run, have family fun....

Fair play to Mrs B, to celebrate the arrival of her '50th parkrun' tee shirt, we ditched the car. Kim ran to parkrun and back and we took the Urban Arrow there. It was a very nice way to start the weekend, much nicer than using the car, less 'stressy' and certainly more smiley. Young un went to sleep on the way back. It's not a black and white car/no car preachy post, but egads its great to have an alternative way to get about.

PS, it also helps with a full car park..park runs are very popular, our one at Chipping sodbury is nearly over full some saturdays, so riding a bike there can help no overload a venue..

PPS, riding a bicycle with wet hair will make it go frizzy....
